Let’s discover Vietnamese cuisine by a unique way with us. You could do everything yourself under the chef’s guide. Go shopping in a local market, choose available ingredients for your dishes, process and cook then enjoy together with your companions.

On arrival, go shopping with the chef for ingredients
Back to jeep/ van and return to venue restaurant

Back to jeep/ van and return to venue restaurant
Prepare a Vietnamese style coffee yourself and enjoy before we start
The chef will guide you washing and processing ingredients bought at market. Prepare final steps before cooking.
Under chef guide, you will cook dishes yourself. Finish cooking and make décor.

11:00 - 12:30 AM

Enjoy what you have cooked together with others in the class
Finish the tour and return to your hotel.
